What happens 4 years after?

Hello!

I forgot that I have a blog.

I guess it used to be azhanafisal.com

then I got busy, don't blog..out of focus...domain lupa nak bayar lol!

4 years passed..

  • I gained weight
  • I met new people
  • I changed jobs
  • I cook less

I like how my life is now..I am happy for me, for myself. Decisions that I made, for myself. Not to impress anyone, not to make anyone happy. throughout these years, I found out who I am. I want to be happy for me.

My decisions...my choices might be wrong.

You decisions might be wrong as well, but if it makes you happy then live with it.

so now...ada lagi ke org baca blog?

oh well..tak kisah pun.. haha

Sweedish Meatballs!

Salam Jumaat everybody!

This 2 months memang a busy month for me with lots of outstation/travelling with very limited access to the internet!

That is why jarang jarang update, However I am very active on Instagram!

=)


Jom tengok my MeatBalls that I made a couple of weeks ago k and as usual, recipe as stated below =)



Sweedish Meatballs with beef gravy

Before fry-ing. 1 Tbs per meatball roughly you will get around 28 pieces for 200gm of minced beef

Follow exactly from this Recipe and you will get meatballs just like IKEA :)

You can eat it as it is or with gravy or even mix it with Pasta =)

Meatballs in gravy and top with mozarella cheese =)

Meatballs Croissants 

1 tbs each and you will get around 55 meatballs

  • 2 packets or Ramly's Minced Beef
  • 2 eggs
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Mixed Herbs
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne Pepper
Mix all together, no exact measurements for herbs because it depends on the individual . Once all ingredient are well combined, scoop it using 1 tbs.

Bake in the oven till cook - mine took 15 minutes 200C

For gravy, melt some butter in pan, add 1 tbs of flour and mix all the beef juice ( you will get this from the baking tray after the meatballs are cooked) stir well and wait till it thickens. Add flavourings if you like.

Cottage Pie Recipe



Salam Readers,

Since ada yang tanya about this recipe dekat FB and Insta, I will share the recipe here =)



Bahan Bahan yang diperlukan :- 
  • Celery 1 batang
  • Bawang Putih 3 Ulas
  • Onion yang besar tu 1 biji 
  • Capsicum 1 biji ( tak kira warna )
  • Segenggam black pepper - ditumbuk halus
  • Daging cincang 1 paket 




Tumis bawang putih+onion+capsicum+black pepper sampai naik bau and then masukkan celery

Masukkan daging cincang + 1/2 kiub daging biar 
Dah kering biarkan- boleh tambah perasa kalau tak cukup


Base untuk Cottage Pie siap =))

Now untuk top of cottage pie, of course lah Mashed Potato!

EASIEST MASHED POTATO RECIPE EVER
  • Ubi Kentang 4-5 Biji
  • Susu Cair
  • Butter
  • Garam
Rebus kentang sampai betul betul empuk, dan lenyekkan/mixer/blender sampai halus. Tambah susu cair sampai dapat consistentcy  macam gambar kat bawah ni. Tambah butter + garam. Siap!! Boleh tambah black pepper / garlic powder kalau suka






Ni la rupa yang ala kadar sebab tak reti nak piping lawa lawa. tapi rasan dia sedap gila.

Buttermilk Chicken Recipe





As requested from friends from Insta and FB, buttermilk recipe.

Note;- Ni recipe for the buttermilk sauce. Kalau nak guna ayam/daging/seafood/nuggets pun boleh. I will also add in edited recipe if you nak buttermilk chicken mcm yang dekat Gold Chilli.

Buttermilk Sauce Recipe ( serves up to 4 pax)
6 biji cili padi
2 clove bawang putih
2 biji bawang merah/kecil
12-15 helai daun kari
3 sudu besar serbuk kari
2 sudu besar tepung gandum
1 tin susu cair
3 sudu besar majerin
*hiris halus bawang & cili padi. Nak blend/tumbuk pun ok
*kalau nak lebih pedas boleh tambah jumlah cili and daun kari

Masukkan majerin hingga mendidih
Tumiskan cili padi+bawang+daun kari sampai garing dan naik bau.
Masukkan tepung gandum + serbuk kari
Masukkan susu cair dan kacau sampai tak berketul. Kalau pekat boleh tambah air.
Ratio untuk kuah buttermilk 1 tin susu cair : 2 cawan air. Depends kalau suka pekat atau cair.
Tunggu sampai kuah dah pekat sikit atau ikut korang punya style and add in garam and gula.
Bila dah puas hati, boleh masukkan ayam ke daging ke ikut suka tekak korang ok.

Resepi Buttermilk Chicken
2 sudu besar tpg gandum + 1 sudu besar tepung jagung + 3 sudu besar serbuk kari
Gaulkan dgn ayam/daging and goreng, dah masak asingkan.
6 biji cili padi

2 biji bawang merah/kecil

Untuk ayan dan daging atau nugget memang sesuai goreng guna recipe no 2. Untuk seafood better just guna buttermilk sauce and nnt masukkan je seafood sbb takut nnt seafood overcook and tak sedap!
